The Roles
Every great project depends on three distinct roles working in sync — each with a clear scope, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Design, plan, and oversee the construction or renovation of the project. They act as your primary advocate, translating your lifestyle needs and aesthetic vision into safe, functional, and code-compliant living spaces.
Manage project construction and renovation projects from start to finish. They act as the central point of contact, handling subcontractor hiring, material sourcing, budget control, and regulatory compliance to keep your project on schedule and up to code.
Specialized tradespeople or companies hired by a general contractor (GC) to perform a specific scope of work, such as electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. They do not work directly for the homeowner — tradesmen execute the technical trades, while the GC manages the overall project.
